Private Coaching (In-Person)
These sessions offer in-depth, hands-on coaching tailored entirely to you. Held in person at Les Mills Britomart, they involve 1–3 personal training sessions per week for a minimum of 8 weeks. You’ll also receive a personalised online training plan, mobility routines, and ongoing support between sessions.
Availability is limited to ensure you get focused attention and high-quality coaching. Each session blends expert guidance with immersive learning, grounded in years of experience and thoughtful programming.
This training is about building lasting skills - not just for the gym, but for life. It’s a space to master technique, explore your body’s potential, and build sustainable strength.

Private Coaching (Online)
A personalised training program delivered via an easy-to-use mobile app, structured in 5-week progressive phases to support sustainable growth and consistency. Each phase includes a 30-minute discovery and reflection session to ensure your training aligns with your goals, mindset, and lifestyle. You’ll also receive weekly check-ins, program adjustments, and private messaging with your coach - so you’re fully supported every step of the way.
Your program layout is clean and simple, with exercise demo videos available at a tap, making it easy to stay on track whether you’re training at home, in the gym, or on the go.
This option is ideal if you’re ready to commit to real progress with a high level of support and accountability - whether you're returning from injury, balancing a busy schedule, or simply craving structure, momentum, and purpose in your training.

One-off Custom Training Program
A personalised training plan will be designed for you based on a series of discovery questions. You will have unlimited access to your program to use it however you like.
Exercise demonstration videos will be included, and private messaging with your coach is available. However, this option does not include any on-going check ins or adjustments to your plan.
